Starting August 1, 2005, Noble Poker will pay a $1,000,000 Jackpot Prize to the winner of seven consecutive 10-player $10+$2 “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments. Noble Poker will also award a $75,000 prize to the winner of six consecutive “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments and a $25,000 prize to the winner of five consecutive “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments, if these players do not qualify for the larger prize. Noble Poker will also award a $250 prize to a player who finished in either 1st or 2nd place in five consecutive $1,000,000 Jackpot Sit ‘N’ Go” tournaments. These prizes will be awarded according to the following terms and conditions:
1. Players who have won five, six or seven consecutive 10-player “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments with a buy-in of $10+$2, or who have finished in first or second place in five consecutive tournaments, will write to the Noble Poker support team at support@noblepoker.com for verification, providing details and dates of the tournaments.
2. The jackpot prizes are awarded for a player's winning consecutive “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments, even if the tournaments were not all played on the same date, and even if the player played in other ring games or tournaments between them. The seven consecutive “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments must be played within a 30-day period.
3. The Jackpot prizes will be paid only after the consecutive winning games have been checked for any signs of collusive play, a process which could take up to thirty days. Payment of the $250 prize will be made within seven business days.
4. The winning player of the $1,000,000 Jackpot Prize will be required to sign an affidavit confirming that he did not collude with other players to win this prize.
5. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from Noble Poker, the winning player irrevocably consents that he/she will be required to attend any public relations events, at the sole direction and expense of Noble Poker, and without further compensation. For that purpose, the winning player irrevocably acknowledges and agrees that prior to the receipt of the winning and/or prize, he/she will be required to sign the applicable forms that Noble Poker will provide him/her and he/she will be entitled to his/her winning and/or prize only upon providing those form signed by the player to Noble Poker. The winning player further consents to any use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
6. The $1,000,000 Jackpot prize will be paid by Noble Poker to the player in three equal installments over the course of two years from the date of his last Sit 'N' Go tournament. One third of the prize will be paid once it is approved; one third after a period of one year; and the final third will be paid after a period of two years.
7. There will be no double prizes awarded. A player who wins the $1,000,000 Jackpot Prize will not be eligible for prizes paid to winners of five or six consecutive “$1,000,000 Challenge” Sit 'N' Go tournaments. For example, when a player wins 5 consecutive sit ‘n’ go’s, the player will win $25,000. If the same player wins a sixth sit ‘n’ go, consecutive to the previous five, that player will win a total amount of $75,000, but will not receive prize money totalling more than $75,000. If this same player wins a 7th sit ‘n’ go, consecutive to the previous six, that player will win $1,000,000 only.
8. If any $1,000,000 Challenge Sit ‘N’ Go tournament is interrupted due to a server problem, it will be settled as per Noble Poker's regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the “$1,000,000 Challenge” Jackpot promotion, an interrupted tournament will be considered not to have run - it will not count towards a player's consecutive wins nor will it count as a losing tournament in a player's sequence.
9. If the consecutive Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments were played with the same 10 players, they will not be eligible for this promotion.
10. Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to enter the same Sit ‘N’ Go tournament for purposes of this promotion.
11. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a Sit ‘N’ Go tournament will not be eligible for this promotion.
12. The use of offensive language at the Sit ‘N’ Go tournament will disqualify a player from winning a Jackpot prize.
13. Any player found colluding during the course of a Sit ‘N’ Go tournament in order to win the Jackpot prize will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
14. Any player found to be “soft playing” in order to allow another player to win during the course of a Sit ‘N’ Go tournament will have his account frozen.
15. Any withdrawals made on any winnings of the Jackpot prize are subject to Noble Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
16. All decisions made by the Noble Poker management are final.
17. Noble Poker has the right to stop this promotion, or change its conditions at any time.
